We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. 50% of the remaining balance is due 6 months prior to the date. The remaining balance is due 2 months prior to the date. 

Yes. Deposits are required and will be fully refunded after the event, if the facilities are in the same condition prior to rental. 

All day up to two days, contract states 9am-11pm. Single day events are from 10am-12am. Everyone must be gone by 12am (cleaning crew).

Yes, you may have your rehearsal (1 hour) the night before as long as there is not an event. You can have an hour sometime earlier in the week if needed.

Yes, you may set up and decorate the day before as long as you have rented the two day package.

Our sweet spot is ​150, but can fit up to 200 if utilizing outdoor seating. 

We have seating for up to 200. 

We do not have on-site accommodations, YET, but there are some Airbnbs close by.

There are 25- 8’ L X 2 1/2’ W Rectangle Tables that seat 8 - enough for 200 guests.

3- 5' Round Tables that seat 8 each. 3- High Top Bar Tables. Side bar seating 20-25 guests

We do have white linens. (Extra charge)

We do not supply plates, silverware or glasses. 

Yes, but food must come prepared. They can use our kitchen for prepping only. 

Yes, food rules are the same as stated above for outside caterers.

Champagne, wine, and beer are permitted (no beer bottles), if you want other drinks, you must hire a licensed and insured bartender. 

The Riverview does not offer catering or bar service. You must hire a licensed and insured bartender.
